Key Account Liaison Role:

Our organization seeks a seasoned Key Account Liaison to foster strong business relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be goal-oriented, and have experience in tele-calling and customer relationship management.

  • Engage in outbound and inbound calls to generate new business opportunities and strengthen client connections.
  • Clearly articulate company offerings and services to prospective clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information and track interactions for future follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Convert leads into viable opportunities through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales support to enhance client retention.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing calls, leads, and conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree (Marketing/Finance) or equivalent with minimum 3 years of tele-calling/customer relationship experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and regional languages.
  • Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under targets.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting software.
  • Customer-centric approach and positive attitude.
