Procurement Leader Role

The Procurement Leader will be responsible for spearheading procurement and sourcing initiatives across the organization to support real estate and retail operations.

About the Role:

  • Spearhead end-to-end procurement processes, encompassing vendor identification, selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives for real estate projects, retail products, and related categories.
  • Cultivate strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply, quality, and competitive pricing.
  • Maintain open communication channels with project teams, operations, design, and finance departments to guarantee timely availability of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee procurement planning in coordination with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  2. Analyze cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement budgets while ensuring compliance with budgetary controls.
  3. Evaluate suppliers' financial health, delivery performance, and quality benchmarks to mitigate risks.
  4. Implement technology-driven solutions, such as ERP systems, to enhance procurement efficiency.
  5. Ensure legal compliance in all supplier contracts and procurement activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
