Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our purchasing operations.

This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute purchasing plans to ensure optimal cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Lead and manage the procurement team to meet organizational objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable pricing, terms, and service levels.
  • Analysis market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Evaluate supplier capabilities and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare periodic reports on procurement performance and cost savings to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic negotiations, vendor development, and cost optimization.
