Job Title: Public Sector Sales Leader

Drive digital transformation initiatives across government agencies by aligning cutting-edge technology offerings with their mission-critical needs.

Lead strategic sales and relationship management within the government sector, utilizing a strong understanding of public procurement processes and market intelligence.

This role involves client relationship management, sales and business development, solution selling, bid and tender management, strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent communication skills.

Familiarity with data residency, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the public sector is highly desirable, as is technical knowledge or certifications in cloud, AI, or cybersecurity.

Prior experience working with central or state government agencies is a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand relationships with government clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of government agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within government organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market developments to ensure continued relevance and expertise.

Success in this role requires exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to travel as required.
