Government Sales Manager

We are seeking a professional with 6-15 years of expertise in government sales, media strategy, and public sector engagement.

  • Strategic Government Engagement:
    • Lead engagement with central and state ministries, PSUs, and defense/public communication departments.
    • Develop long-term strategies aligned with government priorities and media objectives.
  • Media Solutions & Campaign Development:
    • Design integrated media campaigns (broadcast, digital, print, outdoor) tailored to government and PSU objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, analytics) to deliver public awareness and behavior change campaigns.
  • Tender Management:
    • Manage the lifecycle of government tenders, RFPs, and contracts.
    • Ensure compliance with procurement norms and documentation standards.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and media strategists.
    • Foster a culture of performance and collaboration.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track campaign KPIs, client satisfaction, and delivery metrics.
    • Provide strategic insights and regular reports to internal leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in government sales, media strategy, and public sector engagement.
  • Strong background in working with institutions such as DIPR, DAVP, PSUs, and other government agencies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
