Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT products, software solutions, cloud services, and IT consulting services to new and existing clients. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and targeting new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling IT products, software solutions, cloud services, and IT consulting services to new and existing clients.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities, and establish relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Presentation & Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demos, highlighting the features and benefits of IT solutions tailored to clients' business needs.
  • Sales Proposals & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new sales and offerings.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience in IT sales (software, hardware, or IT services), with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills with the ability to handle complex sales cycles.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the IT industry, including cloud computing, enterprise software, hardware, managed services, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.

Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum.
