We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in generating sales for website and mobile app development projects, leveraging a strong network and advanced tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a proven ability to meet targets, and expertise in business development within the IT services domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for website and mobile app development services by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads, build connections, and engage potential clients.
  • Leverage an existing professional network to secure contracts and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the IT services industry.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the IT services sector (website and mobile app development).
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and client engagement.
  • Strong professional network with the ability to bring in sales.
  • Fluency in English with international communication standards.
  • Must own a laptop and have the ability to work independently.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.

Working Conditions:

Additional Information:

  • Even Saturdays are off, odd Saturdays are working.
  • A one-month notice period is required if resigning from this position.
