We are seeking a talented Manual Tester to be part of our dedicated quality assurance team at MS IT PARK. As a Manual Tester, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
About the Role:
- Execute manual testing processes to ensure product quality, identifying and documenting any defects or issues that arise during testing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and other testers, to resolve any issues and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Test software functionality, usability, and performance to guarantee seamless user experiences.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve the user experience and contribute to the growth and development of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality products meet customer expectations.
- Utilize JIRA and ERP systems to track, document, and report on test results and defects.
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all aspects of our software.
- Work collaboratively with team members to prioritize testing tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Manual Tester, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, including exploratory testing and black-box testing.
- Proficiency in using JIRA and ERP systems for testing and reporting, with a solid understanding of their applications and limitations.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
