Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic  HR Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in driving talent acquisition, managing HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring for technical roles, strong communication skills in both  English and  Tamil , and the ability to handle a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Develop and manage job postings to attract top talent.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in alignment with organizational needs.
  • HR Operations:
  • Oversee employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Manage payroll, attendance tracking, and HR software tools.
  • Handle onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Support team leaders in fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
  • Address employee concerns and promote positive workplace interactions.
  • Conduct training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Utilize strong proficiency in  English and  Tamil to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Fluency in  English and  Tamil (both written and spoken).
  • Must own a laptop and demonstrate proficiency in technology-driven processes.

Additional Details:
  • Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Saturdays: Odd Saturdays are working; even Saturdays are off.
  • Notice Period: 1 month.
