Finance and HR Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Financial Manager and HR Generalist who will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role will also focus on supporting our company culture through HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor registrations, invoicing, reconciliations, and follow-ups.
  • Oversee taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance with statutory filings.
  • Maintain financial discipline across all departments.
  • Coordinate recruitment, maintain employee records, payroll, and contracts.
  • Support team members and create a positive, creative work culture.

Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in finance/accounts with a deep understanding of HR operations.
  • Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are non-negotiable.
