About the Role:

This exciting opportunity provides a fantastic chance to work closely with experienced professionals, developing essential skills in HR analytics, SOP creation, compensation and benefits analysis, learning and development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Analytics: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights. Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
  • Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation: Develop and document SOPs for HR processes to ensure efficiency and consistency. Collaborate with HR teams to standardize workflows.
  • Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analysis: Conduct benchmarking studies and analyze compensation data. Provide support in evaluating employee benefits and drafting recommendations.
  • Learning & Development (L&D): Contribute to the design and execution of L&D programs. Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Recruitment teams to support hiring initiatives. Provide assistance in HR Operations, including employee data management and compliance tracking.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic HR environment.
