We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead end-to-end grievance redressal for our organization across all channels. This role requires expertise in credit-bureau dispute resolution and timely escalation to authorities.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customer experience and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day grievances through email, phone, and other channels, with a focus on first-time resolution with internal teams.
- Tracking and resolving regulatory cases, maintaining evidence, root-cause, and closure notes.
- Maintaining a Board-approved Grievance Redressal Policy summary on our website and publishing the Grievance Officer's contact details as required.
The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks, complaint documentation, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Grievance Officer will also handle credit-bureau disputes, ensure regulatory and audit readiness, and manage fraud and cyber-crime handling related to brand misuse.
We are looking for a talented individual who can define and track grievance SLAs, build dashboards, run monthly RCA and CAPA, and drive policy changes to reduce inflow.
