**Business Central Practice Leader Wanted**

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing an ERP practice or team, including overseeing multiple complex Business Central implementations. They will also possess a strong understanding of Business Central functionality, architecture, and capabilities.

We are looking for someone who can develop and implement a strategic plan to grow and enhance our Business Central practice. This includes leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Business Central consultants, project managers, and other team members. The successful candidate will also act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise in Business Central and helping them optimize their ERP solutions.

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting or project management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

  • Strong understanding of Business Central functionality, architecture, and capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals
