Job Overview:

Drive Business Transformation with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

  • Implementation Leadership: Spearhead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in new and existing client projects.
  • Business Analysis Expertise: Analyze client business requirements, particularly within logistics or finance domains, to effectively map them to Business Central/NAV functionalities.
  • System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV to align with specific business processes.
  • Module & Add-on Recommendations: Provide recommendations for, and potentially implement, other Business Central modules and relevant 3rd party add-ons to enhance client solutions.
  • End-User Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users, ensuring their proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Customer Success and Optimization: Foster a strong passion for supporting customers, guiding them to make the best use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to optimize their operations.
  • Collaboration and Project Delivery: Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of practical implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV, specifically in logistics or finance modules.
  • Proven in-house implementation experience with Microsoft NAV or Business Central.
  • Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and make informed recommendations for system enhancements.
  • A genuine passion for supporting customers and enabling them to leverage ERP solutions.
