Procurement Transition Manager Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage end-to-end procurement transition projects, including vendor onboarding/offboarding, system integration, and contract transitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of transition planning, stakeholder management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement transitions from initiation through execution with minimal disruptions.
  • Develop project timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication.
  • Evaluate and implement best practices for procurement compliance and knowledge transfer.
  • Deliver regular reports on budgets, milestones, and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA or CIPS/CPM preferred).
  • 6-8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
  • Proven track record of successful transition and vendor management.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with procurement tools and ERP systems.
  • MS Office skills, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
