Executive Project Manager (IT Project Management)

We are seeking a seasoned executive project manager to lead our transition initiatives in the property & casualty domain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and successful migration.

Your primary objective is to execute strong project management principles to deliver projects within timelines, leading to a smooth transition process. To achieve this, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams across global delivery centres, establishing robust governance and transparently reporting status to clients and internal stakeholders.

You will proactively identify and report project risks and mitigation plans to ensure the success of our transition initiatives. Additionally, you will capture learning and best practices, ensuring reinforcement in subsequent projects. Delivering training to internal managers on our transition methodology and approach is also an essential part of your role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple transition projects, executing strong project management principles to deliver projects within timelines.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 16 years of IT project management experience, with a focus on varied functions majorly non F&A functions delivery and migration.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), including project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Expertise in MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge and experience with data analysis, process flow mapping, and documentation.
