Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Change Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful project outcomes by driving employee adoption and usage of change initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
  • Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees
  • Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5-14 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR
  • Techno Commercial knowledge
  • Change Management certification (Prosci good to have)
  • Consulting Experience is must in Change Management
  • Supply chain /S4 Hana experience is added advantage
