Job Overview

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading finance across group businesses. You will be responsible for driving financial planning and budgeting with plant finance teams, overseeing financial statements, MIS & compliance across verticals, managing working capital, banking & fund flows with zero defaults, and leading cost analysis & dashboards for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with directors to develop and implement strategies to improve working capital, banking, and fund flows.
  • Lead the analysis and optimization of costs to achieve operational efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure seamless export-import documentation and operations to maintain smooth supply chains.

Requirements:

  • Hold an MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification (ICWA / M.Com | CA preferred).
  • Possess 5–7 years' experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Exports & Imports.
  • Have experience working in a manufacturing background.
  • Be proficient in Google Sheets & MIS reporting, as well as BOM creation.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with bankers & institutions.
  • Demonstrate proven people management skills with remote teams.
