Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong organizational skills?

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Accounting Operations:
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations efficiently.
  • Prepare accurate year-end financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Handle GST-related matters, including responding to notices and ensuring timely compliance.
  • Issue and manage foreign Letters of Credit (LCs) and understand import/export regulations.
  • Liaise with banks for credit renewals and maintain banking relationships.
  • Coordinate with external and internal auditors and facilitate audit processes.
  • Analyse financial data to provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant financial laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • CMA or CA certification
  • 5-8 years of experience in infrastructure sector with strong background in accounting principles
  • Proven experience in handling GST compliance and responding to notices
  • Demonstrated knowledge in managing foreign LCs and staying updated on RBI and import/export regulations
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
Required Skills:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with banks and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience working with infrastructure or related industries
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and international trade compliance
