We are seeking an enthusiastic Public Relations Specialist to join our team in Mumbai.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media professionals. They will respond to media inquiries and act as a spokesperson when necessary.

  1. Media Relations:
  • Draft press releases, media kits, speeches, and other PR materials that showcase the company's image and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure messaging is consistent across all channels.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Design and execute PR campaigns to support brand awareness and product launches.
  • Measure the effectiveness of campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
  1. Event Coordination:
  • Plan and organize press conferences, product launches, and other PR events that align with the company's brand image.
  • Ensure events meet key performance indicators.
  1. Crisis Management:
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans.
  • Address negative publicity proactively and effectively.
  1. Brand Monitoring:
  • Monitor and analyze public perception of the brand or organization.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the brand's reputation.
  1. Stakeholder Communication:
  • Coordinate internal communication strategies to align teams with external PR goals.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders.
