Senior Communications Manager

We seek a seasoned communications professional to lead our PR efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and enhancing our clients' reputation through strategic communications planning.

• Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the media via daily telephone and email communication.
• Develop and execute timely and effective crisis communication strategies.
• Manage client expectations and ensure exceptional service delivery to achieve 100% client retention.
• Provide clients with information on new promotional opportunities and PR campaign progress.

• Media Monitoring & Coverage

• Monitor traditional and digital media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, social media, podcasts, blogs, and newswires.
• Collate, analyze, and evaluate media coverage to track trends and opportunities.

• Publicity & Campaign Management

• Plan publicity strategies and campaigns that align with our clients' business goals.
• Strategize, enable execution, and create quarterly roadmaps to deliver exceptional results.
• Prepare briefs, scripts, campaign taglines, and responses for interviews to effectively communicate our clients' message.
• Write and disseminate press releases, articles, and features to targeted media platforms.
• Promote news stories and features to increase brand awareness.
• Write and produce presentations, in-house magazines, brochures, reports, and promotional materials to engage audiences.
• Document all campaigns, testimonials, and coverage to measure success.
• Design and manage publicity brochures, websites, and promotional videos when allocated.

• Event Management

• Organize and manage press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits to showcase our clients' products and services.
• Attend and promote client events to media and PR platforms to increase visibility.
• Coordinate studio or location photography to capture high-quality visuals.
• Speak publicly at interviews, conferences, and presentations to represent our clients' brand.

• Brand Development

• Develop and foster relationships with brands and third parties on behalf of El Sol Strategic Consultants.
• Develop quarterly and annual roadmaps in line with client business goals.
• Leverage partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities to enhance brand awareness.
• Liaise with the marketing team to create cross-channel strategies that drive engagement.

• Influencer & Thought Leadership Engagement

• Build relationships with industry leaders to grow awareness and influence.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencer activities to stay ahead of the curve.
• Conduct trend forecasting for clients and their industries to inform communication strategies.

• Research & Analysis

• Commission and undertake market research to inform business decisions.
• Research new business proposals and present to potential clients to identify opportunities.
• Analyze industry trends affecting clients and recommend communication strategies to address challenges.

• Team Contribution

• Motivate the team and encourage a friendly, open work environment to foster collaboration.
• Maintain a network of resources to deploy when needed to support team members.
• Ensure proper documentation across all initiatives to measure progress and achieve goals.
