Expertise in professional communication is essential for success in this role. We are seeking a skilled and creative Subject Matter Expert to design and develop interactive videos that review and reinforce the learning objectives of a certification exam.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of professional and workplace communication practices, as well as prior experience in instructional video design, curriculum development, or interactive learning content.

This is a remote position with opportunities for virtual collaboration sessions with our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate certification objectives into clear, accurate, and learner-appropriate interactive video scripts and scenarios.
  • Ensure all content reflects certification standards, workplace relevance, and professional communication best practices.
  • Design interactive videos that engage learners through realistic workplace scenarios and decision-making opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong storytelling and scenario-development skills tailored to professional workplace contexts.
  • Ability to contextualize communication strategies for diverse business and cultural settings.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and learner engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience teaching or training in professional communication, business education, or workplace skills.
  • Familiarity with Bloom's Taxonomy, instructional design principles, and competency-based assessments.
