Responsibilities:

  4. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying new knowledge and skills to continually improve processes and services.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in Citrix administration, including expertise in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, security protocols, and operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
