Senior Taxation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Taxation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our direct tax department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on tax matters to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including faceless assessment and appeal proceedings.
  • Client Representation: Represent clients before assessing officers and other authorities for assessments and appeals.
  • Tax Return Preparation: Prepare, vet, and file income tax returns and TDS returns for individuals, partnership firms, HUFs, and companies.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Tax Advisory Services: Provide tax advisory services on domestic and international taxation, including drafting and preparing submissions and paper books for appellate authorities.
  • Tax Research: Conduct thorough research on technical and legal issues related to tax matters.
Tax Structuring and Planning:
  • Tax Advisory: Provide expert advice on tax structuring and planning, including developing tax structures and evaluating their tax implications.
  • Form 15CA/CB: Prepare Form 15CA/ CB for clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in direct tax.
  • Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Indian direct tax laws.
  • Skill: Strong interpersonal skills.
