Job Description
\We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and drive revenue growth.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, translating client goals into delivery plans, and ensuring SLA adherence and quality. They will also maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand, improve time-to-fill, and track account health, pipeline, and forecasts.
\Key responsibilities include owning key accounts, farming, and selective hunting (upsell/cross-sell/new logos), translating client goals to delivery plans, ensuring SLA adherence and quality, managing SOWs/MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections.
\Required Skills and Qualifications
\To succeed in this role, the candidate should have 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or BD in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing. Proven revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
\A working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles is also required. Experience with MSP/VMS, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance, and prior recruitment ops exposure (ATS, submittal quality) is a plus.
