Job Title: Community Growth Specialist

Role Overview:

The role of the Community Growth Specialist is a crucial part in creating and managing referral-driven, community-led, and partnership-based growth strategies. This position is ideal for someone with experience in network marketing, affiliate growth, or community marketing in the fintech, payments, or Web3 sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and grow network-based marketing channels, including referral programs, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations
  • Drive grassroots adoption campaigns by leveraging communities, associations, and local groups
  • Develop reward-based marketing strategies to incentivize referrals and word-of-mouth growth
  • Identify and onboard network leaders, micro-influencers, and community ambassadors in fintech/Web3 spaces
  • Track and analyze referral funnels, campaign performance, and ROI for all network-driven initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design network-centric campaigns (contests, ambassador programs, incentive structures)
  • Educate potential users and partners on bepay's product offerings and benefits through network-based outreach
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-driven growth
  • Proven success in building and scaling referral or ambassador programs
  • Strong connections in crypto, fintech, or digital communities (groups, etc.)
  • Understanding of performance-based growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI on referral campaigns)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to mobilize communities and turn users into brand advocates
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to execute campaigns independently
