This hybrid position is ideal for someone with deep fintech domain expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and proven leadership in Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise in fintech concepts to drive business growth by providing valuable insights into multiple projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers and testers to drive efficient project delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and inform strategic decisions that support business expansion.
  • Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams to facilitate effective communication among teams.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Support product launches, business readiness, and operational training to drive adoption and improve customer experience.
  • Maintain and enhance platforms including Salesforce and Mambu to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and suggest innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Scrum Mastery:
  • Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
  • Oversee multiple Scrum teams and resolve delivery impediments to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Align teams with product vision and sprint goals to drive collective understanding and ownership.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum process improvements and team accountability to promote a culture of excellence.
  • Coach teams on Agile maturity, cross-functionality, and self-organization to foster a high-performing team dynamic.
  • Promote servant-leadership and conflict resolution within teams to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
