Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill a critical role in our organization. This individual will be responsible for leveraging their deep understanding of fintech concepts to contribute valuable insights into multiple projects ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within financial services, ideally in the UK or Europe, and will possess strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. They will also have proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and SDLC practices, as well as excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across India and the UK, translating business requirements into technical specifications, leading Scrum ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization with stakeholders
  • Translates business needs into technical specifications for developers and testers
  • Conducts in-depth data analysis to identify trends and support strategic decisions
  • Prepares functional specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams
  • Manages third-party vendor relationships and internal stakeholder communications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Technology, or related field from an accredited university); MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of overall experience including 5+ years in Business Analysis and 2+ years as a Scrum Master
  • Proven experience working within financial services, ideally in UK or Europe
  • Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
