Job Title: Training Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our voice process. We are seeking an exceptional Training Manager to lead our training initiatives and drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • We require an individual who can identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
  • This person should draw up overall or individualized training and development plans that address needs and expectations.
  • The ideal candidate must conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
  • They should monitor and evaluate training programs' effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
  • Additionally, they should develop/enhance the current training methodologies/framework.
  • They must resolve any process-related opportunities and tailor training programs as necessary.
  • Finally, they need to maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
  • The candidate should have familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc).
  • They should schedule training sessions, organize information cascade, and other interventions for the team.
  • Furthermore, they need to review existing training materials and manuals to determine their appropriateness and relevance and update accordingly.
  • They should work with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
