Regional Business Development Leader

Pazago is seeking a talented Regional Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional logistics solutions to clients.

In this role, you will identify high-growth opportunities and create plans to capture market share within the region. You will also oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics services, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills are required, as well as strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. At least 7 years of sales experience, ideally within logistics or supply chain management. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
