Regional Business Development Manager

Protocol X24 seeks a seasoned professional to assume the role of Zonal Head, overseeing strategic development and sales growth across various regions.
About the Role
This position involves leading cross-functional teams, driving sales analytics, fostering technology adoption, managing stakeholder performance, and collaborating to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of partner products, policies, and processes to drive informed decision-making.
- Create and track sales performance metrics for the zonal team to measure success.
- Work closely with senior leadership to establish and maintain a world-class sales culture.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to motivate and drive high-performing sales teams.
- Analyze performance metrics data to effectively coach and develop sales talent.
- Design and implement new processes and procedures for efficient team operations.
- Identify regional opportunities and weaknesses, proposing actionable solutions to increase operational efficiency.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies.
- Work with marketing to create, implement, and track successful campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition through ongoing research.
- Analyze performance data to provide trend assessments, explain variances from goals, and identify potential performance issues.
- Use data analytics to inform business decisions and enable more effective planning.
- Manage capacity planning by collaborating with sales leadership on zonal planning and optimization.

Channel sales, sales operations, and strategic planning experience are highly valued.
