  • Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop and implement strategic goals to drive growth and development in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and key stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
  • Financial Management: Oversee centre budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and financial performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality, ensuring high standards are maintained and areas for improvement are addressed.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage health, safety, and security risks effectively.
