Program Advisor Role & Responsibilities:

Your role as a Program Advisor will be to connect with potential students and provide personalized guidance on how our programs can help them achieve their objectives.

  • You will advise individuals on how our world-class education from top-tier universities can support their career aspirations.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads interested in our programs.
  • Provide detailed information to prospective students via phone and email.
  • Guide learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in international Edtech markets.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Ability to make 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Growth Mindset and ability to implement feedback.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrollment process that require follow-up.
