EUC Windows L2 Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced EUC Windows L2 Engineer to provide advanced support for Windows desktop environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, Group Policy management, and experience with SCCM, Intune, and Windows 11.

They should be familiar with ITIL processes and remote desktop tools.

  • Provide level 2 support for Windows desktop issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policies, and basic network configurations.
  • Deploy and manage systems using SCCM and Intune.
  • Support Windows 11 rollout and ongoing maintenance.
  • Utilize remote desktop tools for efficient user support.
  • Follow ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop support and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, and Intune.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and configurations.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ITIL framework.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
