Desktop Technical Specialist

As a key member of an IT organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining the functionality and reliability of clients' IT environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and provide support for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure.
- Manage incident and service request management process to ensure timely resolution of user issues and requests.
- Utilize Nexthink for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in desktop support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.
Utilizing your technical expertise, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality desktop support services to meet the evolving needs of clients. Your analytical skills will help you troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop creative solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
Additionally, you will work closely with other teams to identify and implement best practices for IT service delivery. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to establish and maintain IT policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
