Remote Desktop Support Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver round-the-clock support for desktop systems and peripherals
  • Monitor incidents via ticketing system within predetermined service level agreements
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues to ensure seamless resolution
  • Support users across diverse time zones to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate records of shift activities and handover reports for continuity
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support efforts

This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service in a dynamic environment with varied systems and technologies.

Required Skills:
