Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market and inform business decisions.
  • Prioritize excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in business development or sales.
  • Detailed knowledge of financial products and services, including banking and insurance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is highly valued.
