Global Benefits Specialist

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation, configuration and optimization of global benefits modules across large organizations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure global benefits solutions for clients worldwide.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows and vendor integrations.
  • Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.
  • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting and continuous improvements post go-live.
  • Stay current with product updates and enhancements to proactively improve system performance.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits.
  • A strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.
  • The ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Background:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits or Employee Central).
