About the Job:
You will be responsible for managing a geographically distributed team of Regional Compliance Specialists who support physical security compliance across multiple data center locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all sites meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, PCI, FISMA, and others.
- Developing compliance frameworks, conducting audits, and implementing control measures to manage risk.
- Reporting on compliance findings, recommending corrective actions, and collaborating across teams to improve policies, training, and overall security posture.
- Recruiting, supervising, and mentoring a team of Regional Compliance Specialists.
- Conducting and supporting audits and evaluations, ensuring compliance with established procedures and policies.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.
Prior experience in a similar role, along with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, is essential.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or law, is required.
