Compliance Manager - Strategic Risk Leader

The successful candidate will embed security, privacy, and governance into every layer of the organization, leading ISO, SOC2, GDPR, and DPDP practices with structured playbooks, automation, and mentorship support.

This role requires a highly skilled professional to partner with Product, Engineering, IT, and Vendors to embed Privacy by Design into every layer, operating with real-time dashboards, clear risk registers, and executive visibility.

  • Embed security, privacy, and governance principles into every layer of the organization\
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective compliance programs\
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management through regular audits and assessments\
  • Provide expert guidance on compliance matters and emerging regulations\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks\
  • Design and implement processes to monitor and report compliance metrics\
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive compliance excellence\
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices\
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards\
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance activities and outcomes\
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies as needed\
  • Communicate complex compliance information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders\
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance-related training programs\
  • Manage and track compliance-related projects from initiation to closure\
  • Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for enhancements\
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements\
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate colleagues on compliance matters\
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement\
  • Implement and maintain a culture of compliance within the organization\
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute the company's compliance strategy\
  • Stay current with emerging regulatory requirements and industry developments\
  • Develop and maintain expertise in regulatory compliance frameworks and standards\
  • Oversee the development of compliance-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines\
  • Conduct compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements\
  • Perform gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in compliance programs\
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address compliance gaps\
  • Work closely with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements\
  • Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to promote compliance and risk management excellence
