Job Summary: The Application Support Analyst role involves delivering support for restaurant digital platforms, focusing on the Mobile Application, Website, and Digital Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support digital systems and applications in line with business needs.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist in managing and supporting digital devices such as Digital Menu Boards, Kiosks, and in-store infotainment systems.
  • Ensure efficient operation of relevant business applications to maintain high levels of business satisfaction.
  • Provide support for incidents and problems escalated from internal and external support partners.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in end-user production and customer support.
  • Experience with process tools like Jira/ServiceNow.
  • Passion for technology and interest in IT as a career, specifically in the Digital space.
  • Demonstratable technical skill acquisition via education and/or IT certifications with continual learning and development.
  • Autonomy and ability to work independently.
