Job Title: Enterprise Platform Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled support specialist to join our team and provide expert-level assistance with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Dynamics 365 CE platform issues, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to business rules, web resources, integration issues, system performance, data sync problems, and customization defects.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand issues and deliver fixes.
  • Ensure incident service level agreements (SLAs) are met and proper documentation is maintained.
  • Raise and follow up on support tickets with Microsoft as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in D365 CE support or development.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 architecture.
  • Experience in creating and debugging plugins, custom workflows (C#), JavaScript, and Power Automate.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services used in integration (Service Bus, Logic Apps, etc.).
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD processes, and ALM tools for Dynamics.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
