Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to provide exceptional support for our platform technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure our platform runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Linux/Unix environments, databases such as MySQL or Oracle, scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, and Shell, and familiarity with web application stacks and SaaS/PaaS environments.

  • Provide technical support for our platform and related technologies.
  • Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to resolve bugs and improve product functionality.
  • Document solutions and create knowledge base articles to empower both internal teams and customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a technical support or similar role.
  • Operating Systems: Strong experience with Linux/Unix environments.
  • Databases: Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
  • Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, and Shell.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with web application stacks and experience working in SaaS/PaaS environments.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
