Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing customer satisfaction by developing deep relationships with key stakeholders in the supplier organization and partners. This role requires a strong understanding of the supplier's strategy and the ability to execute initiatives that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement supplier-specific initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Engage with channel partners and vendors to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Execute credit management, order processing, and AR collections to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and inventory to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop sales competencies and provide coaching to close deals.
- Coordinate supplier training on new products and technologies to enhance partner capabilities.
- 3-7 years of relevant work experience in business development or a related field.
- Master's degree in sales or a related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Basic clerical and data entry skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Attention to detail and ability to recognize important information.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to drive tasks to completion.
- Ability to work under stress and pressure to meet deadlines.
- Confidentiality and ability to maintain sensitive information.
- Ability to build effective working relationships and exhibit sensitivity to the needs of others.
- Quick learning of new systems and technology.
- Distribution center environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, and outside weather conditions.
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- On-call availability required as necessary.
- Professional office environment.
- Frequent travel required (50%).
