Job Description:

As a seasoned sales professional, you will thrive in this role as a Wealth Manager. Building lasting relationships and closing deals are key components of your success. You will be the face of our bespoke wealth management platform, helping clients make informed investment decisions while fostering their financial growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing rapport with prospects, explaining our advisory model, and onboarding them into our personalized stock portfolios.
  • Effectively managing your sales pipeline by following up, closing deals, and meeting acquisition targets.
  • Hosting quarterly video reviews to discuss portfolio performance, answer client queries, and build trust.
  • Maintaining open communication channels through emails, calls, nudges, and updates to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow each portfolio by cross-selling PMS, upselling allocations, and deepening wallet share.
  • Analyzing client portfolios and suggesting smart improvements aligned with our core investment philosophy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or advisory roles within the financial services sector (banks, AMCs, wealth firms, etc.).
  2. Strong academic background.
  3. Exceptional communication skills – clear, confident, and convincing.
  4. Deep knowledge of financial markets, MFs, stocks, and investment strategies.
  5. High sales ownership and strong relationship-building instincts.
  6. Ability to explain complex investment methodology to clients in simple terms.
