Job Title: Product Growth Specialist
">We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to drive user engagement, feature adoption, and retention for our super app. This role bridges Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience, ensuring users not only download the app but actively use it.
">Main Responsibilities:
- User Onboarding & Adoption
- Design smooth onboarding flows (in-app guides, walkthroughs, videos, tooltips) to ensure seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with CX to resolve onboarding issues promptly, focusing on user satisfaction.
- Track onboarding completion rates and reduce early-stage drop-offs, analyzing metrics to optimize processes.
- Feature Communication & Education
- Create a structured release communication plan (in-app announcements, email campaigns, push notifications, FAQs, videos) to effectively communicate new features.
- Translate complex product features into simple messaging, focusing on clarity and concision.
- Work with Marketing to ensure consistent user education campaigns, aligning with business goals.
- User Engagement & Retention
- Develop strategies to increase repeat usage, including gamification, challenges, and rewards that foster user loyalty.
- Monitor DAU, MAU, churn, and feature adoption metrics, designing interventions to improve them, using data-driven insights.
- Data & Experiments
- Run A/B tests and growth experiments to boost adoption and retention, leveraging analytics tools to inform decisions.
- Analyze user journeys and identify drop-off points using analytics tools, refining user experience.
- Define and report growth KPIs to leadership, providing actionable insights for business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features enhancing user experience, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work with Marketing for adoption campaigns and CX for user training, fostering strong relationships.
- Serve as the voice of the user for continuous product improvements, driving business growth through customer-centricity.
Requirements:
- Experience in Product Growth / Growth Marketing / Product Management, preferably in SaaS or B2B2C industries.
- Strong interest in Product Management, SaaS, or Growth Marketing, with a passion for innovation.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Firebase, GA4, Amplitude, etc.), utilizing data to inform decisions.
- Effective communication and storytelling skills, able to convey complex ideas simply and clearly.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B2C, or community-driven platforms is beneficial, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
- Able to think creatively, test rapidly, and iterate based on results, embracing a growth mindset.
