Customer Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE to join our team in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in customer support, with a strong background in banking or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service over the phone for banking and financial services.
  2. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and account-related questions.

  5. Collaborate with team members to achieve service level agreements and departmental goals.
