We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Your primary focus will be on developing relationships with existing clients, upselling and cross-selling our products or services, and acquiring new customers through various channels.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, online research, and networking events.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients to increase average transaction value.
- Acquire new customers through cold calling, email marketing, and other lead generation tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
