Job Title: Business Process Improvement Specialist

The Business Process Improvement Specialist works closely with business teams to understand and analyze how core business processes leverage and interact with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role identifies key opportunities for improvement, enhances business efficiency, and ensures seamless alignment between business goals and CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows that serve as a reference for development and implementation teams.
  • Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements, configuring Salesforce features, recommending best practices, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, utilizing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions to ensure developed solutions meet specified requirements, including creating test cases, managing testing activities, and gathering feedback.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  • Identify areas for improving processes to enhance business efficiency.
  • Maintain the CRM points tracker to track progress and prioritize upcoming sprints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in BCA or B.Tech with 10-12 years of experience in a functional CRM role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality insights.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified Sales Cloud.
  • Certified Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator.
