Senior Process Improvement Specialist

Business Analyst Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to drive process improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in ongoing reviews of complex business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Lead requirements analysis, gathering critical information from stakeholders.
- Document and communicate results of analysis to cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with clients to ensure proposed solutions meet defined business needs.
- Plan and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions align with business expectations.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and technical feasibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and API integrations.
